Just because something has gone viral doesn’t mean your skin needs it. Some trends can actually compromise your skin barrier.

🔄 Stop changing your routine every five minutes
Your skin needs time to respond to products. Constantly chopping and changing can leave it irritated, sensitised and confused.

Social media is one of the biggest FREE marketing tools you have, so use it 💷📲

Here are some of my biggest tips:

✨ STAY CONSISTENT
You don’t need every post to go viral. You need people to keep seeing your name, your face, your work and your expertise.

📸 BUILD A CONTENT BANK
Take photos and videos constantly. Treatments, before and afters, products, your workspace, client results, behind the scenes. Save everything because you can reuse and repurpose content.

🎓 TEACH YOUR AUDIENCE
Don’t just post “appointments available”. Explain treatments, answer common questions, share tips, bust myths and educate people.

👑 POSITION YOURSELF AS THE EXPERT
Show people WHY they should choose you. Talk about your knowledge, training, experience and results. Confidence builds confidence in YOU.

🙋🏼‍♀️ SHOW YOUR FACE
People buy from people. Let your audience get to know the person behind the business.

♻️ REPURPOSE EVERYTHING
One treatment video can become a Reel, Story, carousel, educational post and before and after. You do NOT need to reinvent the wheel every day.

💬 USE A CALL TO ACTION
Tell people what you want them to do. DM you. Book through your link. Ask a question. Save the post. Share it with a friend.

📊 STOP OBSESSING OVER LIKES
Someone might watch you for MONTHS before they finally book. Keep showing up.
