☀️ A little hot weather update! ☀️

With the warmer temperatures, our lay-down sunbed is working extra hard and can occasionally become too hot between sessions.

To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we have temporarily limited lay-down sessions to a maximum of 15 minutes during this hot spell. If the lay-down bed is still overheated when you arrive, we may offer you our stand-up bed instead (subject to availability).

We appreciate your understanding as this is unfortunately something that’s largely out of our control, although we’re doing everything we can to keep the salon as cool as possible. 💛

💧 Please remember to stay hydrated! We provide complimentary water in the salon, but we’d also recommend bringing a drink with you so you can keep hydrated before and after your session.

As always, sunbeds are used at your own risk, and we encourage everyone to tan responsibly and within their recommended exposure times.

☀️ Sunbed Cancellation Reminder ☀️

Just a quick post to clear up any confusion regarding sunbed cancellations.

Our cancellation policy for sunbed appointments has not changed and is the same as it has always been. We are absolutely happy for you to cancel your sunbed appointment, even if it's only 5 minutes before your booked time. We simply ask that you let us know so that we can offer the bed to someone else if we have walk-ins waiting.

Unfortunately, Fresha's online cancellation settings are linked to all of our services and only allow cancellations up to 72 hours before the appointment. As we also offer treatments, we can't reduce this timeframe without allowing last-minute treatment cancellations too.

If you need to cancel, change or query a sunbed booking, the best ways to contact us are:

✅ Message us directly through Fresha (there is now a messaging feature available)
✅ WhatsApp us 07821110112

Please note that calls and texts are not monitored as frequently as Fresha messages and WhatsApp, so these are always the quickest way to reach us.

⚠️ A quick note regarding no-shows:

If you have prepaid sunbed minutes and do not attend your appointment without letting us know, the booked minutes will be deducted from your account.

We understand that life happens and the occasional forgotten appointment can occur. However, customers who repeatedly fail to attend appointments (3 or more no-shows) may have their online booking privileges removed and will need to contact us directly to make future bookings.
