HELP!!! 🙏❤️ Please read, this may be of interest to some you.

For quite a few years I have wanted to practice Tai Chi for both my emotional and physical well being. For those of you that know me I love all things energy related. A client of mine recently recommended a new class that was starting in September, I have attended 2 sessions and have absolutely loved it. However, due to lack of demand the amazing teacher Susan, will no longer be running the sessions. Would anyone be interested??
It costs £7 for an hour and it is held at the EMVA, Jewels Studio on Dallas Street, Mansfield on a Monday 12-1pm. If you think it is something you would be interested in please drop me a DM. She is running the last class next week and it’s made me so sad that she has had no joy filling the slots. To keep it up and running she needs at least 5 people.

Resetting my nervous system by practicing Thai Chi, my very first lesson and I absolutely loved it. My head is always full of noise and until today I never actually realised how super tense my body is until seeing myself in the huge mirror at the session. It was a wonderful 60 minutes, to just let go, breathe and flow. I feel so much lighter❤️. Image designed by yanalya-Magnific.com.
