🔷 I caught up with Victoria Bramley today fresh from her epic achievement at this year’s Ironman 70.3 world championship where she crossed the finish line in 13th place!!! 🥳
🔷 This evenings treatment was more of a catch up for me as I loved hearing about the race and her experience with it.
🔷 I’ve been treating Victoria for over 2 years now and she never fails to impress me with her training ethic, her dedication to her diet and recovery along with her amazing race results.
🔷 The season has come to an end now but I’m already looking forward to seeing her go out on the various courses next year and seeing what does.
