I have held off for a very long time before introducing the booking and cancellation policies, but I’m afraid now I have no choice but to bring it into action . At the end of the day it is a business and my job is just as important as a dentist/chiropodist etc who charge for missed appointments/last minute cancellations. More recently I’ve felt that I’ve not been took seriously when cancelling appointments or swapping and changing at the last minute.
I hope you understand my reasoning and I’m sorry for the majority of my regular clients who do value my time and hard work 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Absolutely loved doing this! My client had been saying for a long time that she wanted to book in with me to sort out her hair. It had been almost a year since having it done elsewhere.
