Due to a growing number of no-shows and issues with deposits, I need to put a firm policy in place:

If you no-show, mess me about with deposits, or ask to reserve appointments you can’t afford, you will no longer be able to book with me.

I’m really sorry, but I have to protect my time, my products, my insurance, and the standard of service I offer. I can’t give discounts or reduce treatment prices because someone doesn’t have the funds — that’s not fair on me or on my loyal clients.
