I’ve seen and heard several complaints about the way your company treats customers, and unfortunately, I’m now experiencing it firsthand.
I paid for a parcel to be delivered from your Calabar office to the UK, and it has been over a month with no delivery and no proper update. Each time I reach out, your staff keeps telling me the manager is “not on seat.”
I’m not someone who enjoys calling brands out publicly or escalating issues unnecessarily, but this level of disregard is unacceptable. If your company wants to drag this issue publicly, I’m more than willing to speak on my experience.
