Whilst we’ve worked hard to make the booking process as clear and straightforward as possible,
we understand that choosing the right appointment can sometimes be confusing.
Please don’t worry if you’re unsure – every online booking is reviewed by our Guest Experience Team and we’ll contact you if we feel any adjustments are needed to ensure you’ve booked the most appropriate service.

Of course, our Guest Experience Team is still here to help. If you’d prefer to speak to a person, have any questions about booking online, or can’t find an appointment that works for you, please give us a call during salon opening hours. We’ll be happy to look at the diary for you, discuss your options and help you find the most suitable appointment.

Today marks an incredible milestone as Richard & Mark celebrate not only 30 years in business together but 30 years of the synonymous Mark Leeson brand.

What an amazing journey it has been. We want to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful guests for your loyalty, support, and trust over the years. Many of you have been with us from the very beginning, and we are truly grateful to every single person who has walked through our doors and been part of our story.

A very special thank you also goes to our incredible team, past and present, for your dedication, passion, creativity, and support throughout the years. The success of Mark Leeson would not have been possible without each and every one of you.

30 years is a milestone we are super proud to celebrate, and we look forward to continuing the journey with all of you for many more years to come.
