A little bit of honesty from behind the scenes at House of Coco... ☁️

Yes, things are looking a little messy in one corner of the salon at the moment - and yes, we know it’s not exactly Instagram-worthy!

The work unfortunately had to pause due to illness, but we’re really pleased to say things are now back underway. 🔨

It has taken longer than we originally hoped, but sometimes life happens and health and family have to come first.

We’re still incredibly excited about the changes coming to House of Coco and we know it’s going to be so worth it when it’s finished 🫶🏼

In the meantime, please don’t let our “messy corner “ put you off! The work is only affecting a small part of our large salon and your appointments, service and experience remain just as important as ever 🖤

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us, book with us and bear with us while we get everything finished.

🚨 PATCH TEST REMINDER 🚨

We’ve made a little update to our booking system regarding patch tests 💗

Unfortunately, we’ve recently had a number of clients book colour appointments and skip the patch test option during booking. When they arrive without a valid patch test, we cannot carry out the service — meaning a wasted appointment for both you and your stylist 🥲

A patch test is required if:
✨ You’re a new client / haven’t been patch tested with us before
✨ It has been 6 months or more since your last appointment with us

Our system has now been updated to help make sure the correct patch test is completed before your appointment. If you are already a client and have visited us in the past 6 months then make an appointment for your patch test so it can be logged on the system but let us know that you don’t need to attend.

Please remember, patch testing isn’t something we can make exceptions for. If a patch test is required and hasn’t been completed in time, unfortunately your appointment will have to be rescheduled and you may be charged for the appointment.

We hate turning anyone away, so please make sure you follow the patch test instructions when booking 💗
