our prices will be increasing from 3rd June.

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, we have also made the decision to introduce a 50% booking fee for all colour appointments going forward.

Let’s talk DRY TRIMS ✂️

A dry trim is exactly that — a trim on dry hair.

This service is for maintaining your shape and removing minimal ends only.
Please don’t book a dry trim if: • You’re wanting a full restyle

• Your hair needs a significant amount removed

• Your shape has grown out

• You’re expecting a full wet cut & finish

A refusal may be a possibility if the wrong service has been booked, as extra time may be needed to achieve your desired result.

Please be mindful when booking so enough time can be allocated for your appointment 🤍

That appointment time was reserved especially for you — time that could have been offered to another client. When cancellations happen at the last minute, it often means lost income, wasted preparation, and empty chairs that can’t always be filled.

As a small business, every appointment truly matters. We completely understand that emergencies happen, and we will always try to be understanding, but we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Please note that booking fees may be applied for repeated last minute cancellations or missed appointments.
