Thank you so so much for all the messages and comments it’s heartbreaking and completely beautiful at the same time. It’s been a really hard few days but putting that post up was…. The most gut wrenching sad thing I’ve had to do in years. I’m going to leave the page up and let the rest of the scheduled nails post for their day in the sunshine. I’ll miss all of you madly. Take care and thank you for all the years you chose me. Take care of yourselves always ❤️

After a lot of thought, I need to share something really difficult.

For the time being, I’ll be stepping away from the salon, with my last two weeks starting now.

There’s never a good time to post something like this, and I’m so sorry because I know this will come as a shock to many of you. Many of you will have noticed just how much pain I’ve been in lately, and the constant paracetamol that’s become part of my day. Following recent hospital news, I’ve had to make the incredibly difficult decision to finally stop pushing through and focus properly on my health.

Stepping away from something I’ve built over the last 12 years is honestly heartbreaking. This little business has been such a huge part of my life, and so have all of you. Right now, I need to put my body first, get the treatment I need, and give myself the time and space to heal.

To all of my lovely ladies — thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, your chats, your kindness, your laughter, and for letting me be part of your lives over the years. I’m going to miss you more than you’ll ever know.

Please don’t worry — Mansfield has some amazing nail techs, and I know your next nail bestie is out there waiting for you. They’ll be incredibly lucky to have you.

I don’t know exactly what the future looks like right now, but I do know I need to take this time to focus on getting better.

So for now, I’m off to fix my body and take care of myself. Please wish me luck, and most importantly, take care of yourselves too.
