Due to the government's new restrictions the Salon will obviously be closing on Wednesday evening 4th November until the 2nd of December ☹ however all the girls are going to be working extra Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday so hopefully get those in who should have had an appointment over the next coming week 😊 stay safe everyone💕

Hello ladies,

We are busy preparing for the salon doors to reopen and to welcome you back, hopefully this will be early July, we are just waiting for the government and NHBF guidelines to be set. The dates may change and services could be limited.
I wanted to take this opportunity to make you all aware of our plans to date.
Sorry it’s a long message but includes all the information we feel our clients need to know.

Health and safety and what to expect:
•We have all PPE in place to protect our clients and staff (disposable gowns, gloves, aprons, mask/face covering, etc).

• Our hygiene and cleaning routine in between client visits will be our upmost priority.
• Hand sanitiser station on the way in and out and the use of a mask/face covering for all clients and staff.

Your visit and how the appointment system will work:
There will be no walk in services , APPOINTMENTS ONLY
• 1st to be cancelled will be 1st to be contacted and so on.
•We will start initial calls asap.This will take some time please be patient.
• if you get a call or text please respond as soon as possible either way to secure your appointment date. This will enable us to move on to other clients and dates. It would help if you could be as flexible as possible.
•When we call you, we will have a virtual consultation to assess what you will require on your next appointment, so that we can plan our times effectively. On your initial visit back,
(Trims will be re-styles,
Re-touch colours will be full head colours )
• Please only turn up at the time of your appointment, alone and with minimum items needed only. You will not be able to bring in bags of shopping etc( there is no waiting area at present). If you arrive late for the appointment we will not be able to do your hair and unfortunately you will have to pay for your appointment .
If you need to cancel could you please give us 48 hrs notice otherwise we will have to charge you for your appointment .
For every client that is having a colour we will need to do a skin test which will need to be 48hrs before your appointment .

• We will be operating a one stylist to one client system .

Please note - Although most of you were aware we were going to have a small price increase in April before covid-19. There will be a small surcharge on PPE.
We will not be using loyalty cards until we are back to normal .
