‼️❌ SALON Guidelines ❌‼️

•Arrive at agreed time to maximise social distancing, If you arrive early you will need to wait outside or in your car.

•Arrive with clean hair.

•Hand sanitiser must be used on entry into the salon.

• To bring a face mask along with you, if that’s not possible one will be provided for a small charge.

• To wash your hands and use sanitiser before and after each service.

• We will not be serving refreshments.. sorry, but you are welcome to bring your own with you.

• The toilet is out of use unless it’s an emergency.

• Do not come to the salon if you have a temperature, are feeing unwell or someone in your household are self isolating.

• To contact us and rearrange your appointment if you have a temperature or are feeling unwell or if anyone in your household is self isolating.

• No walk ins, you must pre book your appointment.

• Clients must minimise what they bring with them, you will be asked to keep your belongings with you.

• We are happy to discuss any concerns that you may have. If you contact your stylist they will be happy to chat with you.

OUR SALON

• We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and services.

• Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment.

• All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service.

• We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.

• All members are trained to care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.

• Staff have been briefed to not attended the salon if they have a temperature or are feeling unwell or if any person in their household is unwell or self isolating.

• We have reviewed our services and removed any that we feel will be unsafe at this time.

• Our team will wear gloves, mask/shield and aprons on the salon floor and the team members will wash their hands before and after every client interaction.

• PPE will be replaced after every client.

And lastly THANK YOU to all of our clients old and new. We have missed you and we cannot wait to be back
