This SECURES your booking.
Whilst we take no payment up front or deposits, this confirmation forms part of our cancellation policy which is a 20% charge if cancelled within 48hrs and a higher % if you don’t turn up (to cover overheads/wages).
Please appreciate as we enter our busiest month that we are unlikely to be able to move your appointments easily and have a waiting list, so appreciate as much notice as possible for changes.
