This time next week I'll be closing the doors on Redolescent for the final time. Our perfumes will be discontinued then, too.

Once again, I want to thank all of your for your kindness and support throughout this amazing journey, and for your kind words since the announcement of the closing.
I hope our stories intertwine again.

Redolescent’s last restock is now live, with the remaining pieces available from today, Friday, 7th November.

Once these are gone, they won’t return — and all trading will officially stop on Sunday, 30th November.

As this story comes to a close, I can’t say enough how grateful I am for your support, encouragement, and kindness throughout the journey. You’ve made Redolescent what it is, and that will stay with me long after the final page turns.

This chapter has been such a special part of my life, and while stepping away hasn't been easy, it feels right as I focus on new beginnings.
I remain incredibly proud of what has been built, and endlessly grateful for everyone who has supported, encouraged, or simply connected with the brand along the way.

It is with a heavy heart that I am share that Redolescent will be closing on Sunday, 30th November.

Due to positive, and exciting changes in my personal life, I no longer have the time and energy to dedicate to sustaining and growing Redolescent. After thousands of hours spent building something I am deeply proud of, this hasn't been an easy decision.

I don’t want the business, and the message I stand for, to fade slowly. I want to step back and be proud of what the business has achieved, grateful for the people it has connected me with, and continue to remember the experiences and achievements fondly.

The remaining stock will be available on the website until Sunday 30th November, after which trading will officially stop.

This won’t be my final post, but I do want to thank you, my friends, family, and kind strangers who made this journey so magical. You were a part of making this dream come true, and for that I am so grateful.

I will forever be proud of QH. Not just because she received an A&O Honourable Mention, but because of the difficult journey to get there. The many many iterations, the fighting to nail down the brief, and the torturous process of blending and filtering this resin-filled beast. This one means a lot to me!

Ingredient spotlight time! And it's a scorcher!

Cade can be worn (carefully) on it's own if you want that fresh from the bonfire aura. However, I enjoy it more dosed into a fragrance, to really turn up the heat! What about you? Are you a smoke lover in fragrances, or not?

Experiments have been ongoing at fume-HQ, along with using the newly set up R&D space. Now, the keen eyed among you might be able to get a hint at the direction of travel for this one. So far it is still early 'sketches' but it is narrowing down! 🔥🍶

Nestled in the innocent heart of Alice is a fantasy floral accord based on the idea of the Forget-me-not flower. A nod to Alice herself, but also the relationship between Charles Dodgson and Alice Liddell. It is nestled away among the chypre backbone and Dinah the cat musks. A modern fragrance with a vintage twist.

I've always thought of QH as having a real tension; like a single mis-step could cause her fury to erupt into a blazing inferno. So, here's my own bottle of QH nestled in the embers of that fury!
