Is there any better way to finish a run 🤷 I’ll let you decide! New winter run route trial tonight and it’s a strong 8.5 out of 10’ would have been a 10 if the beer had been free 🤣🤣🤣 thank you to Ben The Alders for the parking and hospitality !

Can’t quite believe we are in October !! The Run Free Collective is doing all it can to keep us all together!
So this MONDAY at 18:30 we will meet in Alders Car Park The Alders and set off on our new winter route . The route is 5.5km and has all been mapped out for road running, whilst most of the route will also be street light lit, we would recommend reflective clothing and a headlamp for safety : As it’s a new route please 🙏 buddy up or down load the Strava route on your GPS watch. It’s down below! ⬇️
If after the run you fancy a social drink Tea, coffee or something stronger then you’ve not got far to go for The Alders. It will be nice to spend some time together getting to know one another after a few miles shared.

Hi everyone sorry for the slight delay in the winter route please see Strava Route below. The whole route is on pavement it is strongly advised to have some sort of body light or head torch! Please meet in the Alders Car Park for 18:30 we will then cross over the road on to Ollerton Road and start the route. It’s a 5.5k triangle loop a few ups and downs on it but not challenging!

Excited to announce we have a New Winter “Venue Meet” and New 5K Route!! for our 6th of October meet Up! The route will be shared on FRIDAY but I can reveal the location for us to all meet will be
“The Alders in Ollerton ”: it has Free Car Parking and the ideal place to meet safely through the winter months!
More details will follow on Friday route and possibly some perks being so close to The Alders 😀
