And not for one, but TWO beautiful fine-line tattoos! 🥹🖤 I’m absolutely thrilled that my lovely client chose INK & AURA to create these special pieces for her.

First, we created a delicate floral design to represent her star sign ✨🌸 followed by this gorgeous lotus flower sternum tattoo, such a beautiful, feminine placement and I just LOVE how elegant it looks!

Fine-line work is definitely where my heart is, and I’m so pleased with how these two turned out. 🥰

✨ A VERY SPECIAL TATTOO WITH A VERY SPECIAL STORY ✨

Some tattoos are so much more than ink. ❤️

My lovely client underwent a mastectomy over 20 years ago, and after all these years she decided she was ready to mark her journey, her healing and everything she has overcome with a beautiful piece of artwork. 🥹✨

We created this delicate little fairy, surrounded by tiny stars and details, placed over an area that holds such a significant part of her story.

We also incorporated the initials L & M representing two incredibly special people in her life, her much-loved husband and her beautiful granddaughter, who is quite simply the diamond 💎 of her eye. ❤️

After everything we spoke about during our appointment, it was an absolute privilege to be trusted with something that carries so much meaning.

And then to receive such a gorgeous review afterwards… 🥹

🖤 Part 2 of Dad’s tribute to Karen 🖤

Another incredibly special piece for my Dad, and the second part of his beautiful tribute to Karen. 🕊️❤️

This one represents a very personal memory shared between Dad and Karen, Betty Boop. Something that holds special meaning to the two of them and brings back memories that Dad will always treasure.

And to make it even more precious, underneath we added Karen’s actual handwriting “Love you always Babe.” 🥹❤️

There’s something incredibly powerful about preserving the handwriting of someone you love. Those are Karen’s own words, written by her hand, now with Dad wherever he goes.

After losing the love of his life so unexpectedly, these tattoos are about keeping those little pieces of their life together close, the memories, the things that made them smile, and most importantly, Karen herself.

Fine Line Tattoo & SPMU 🖤

🕊️ A very special one… for my Dad ❤️

This tattoo meant a little bit more than most.

Last year, my Dad, Tim, very unexpectedly lost the love of his life, Karen. 💔 It’s been a journey and a half of learning to navigate life without her, and although time moves forward, he remains heartbroken to say the least.

When Dad showed me Karen’s fingerprint and asked whether I could do something with it after seeing one of my previous fingerprint pieces, my answer was immediately “Of course.” ❤️

I wanted to create something completely personal to him, something that would mean he could carry a little piece of Karen with him forever.

And this is what we created. 🥹

At the centre are two fingerprints, shaped together into a heart, Dad and Karen’s wedding-ring fingers, forever side by side. Surrounding them are their individual birth flowers, bringing the whole piece together and representing two lives, two people and one very special love story. 🌼💜

From Dad’s little hand-drawn idea on a piece of paper, to gathering the fingerprints and flowers, to finally putting this incredibly meaningful piece onto his skin… the rest is history. ❤️

I know no tattoo could ever take away the pain of losing Karen, but I hope every time Dad looks at this, he remembers not only what he has lost, but the incredible love they shared and all those years of memories that can never be taken away.

Thank you for trusting me with something so precious, Dad. It was an absolute honour to create this for you.

✨ 40 YEARS IN THE MAKING… ✨

My lovely client had wanted a tattoo for around 40 years, but had simply never found the one, something that felt meaningful enough to be permanently part of her story. 🥹

Following the loss of her beloved dad, she finally knew exactly what she wanted. ❤️

“Mind how you go”

Such a simple little saying, but one filled with so much meaning. They were words her dad would say, and although he may no longer be here, those words will stay with her forever, a little reminder of his voice, his love and all those precious memories they shared. 🕊️

And of course, we had to include the little pigeon. Her dad loved his birds and spent so much time caring for them, so adding one into the design made this piece even more personal. I love how the line flows from the words, through the pigeon and finishes with the tiny heart. 🤍

After waiting four decades for her first tattoo, I feel incredibly privileged that she trusted me at INK & AURA to create something with so much sentimental meaning.

Sometimes a tattoo isn’t just a tattoo. It’s a memory, a voice you never want to forget, and a little piece of someone you love that you get to carry with you every single day. 🕊️❤️

To mark such a special milestone, Ella chose this beautiful fine-line tribute tattoo for her much-loved p***y cat Simba 🐈🧡, who has sadly crossed over the Rainbow Bridge 🌈🐾.

We created the design using Simba’s gorgeous markings and added his name underneath, giving Ella a little piece of him to carry with her forever. 🥹❤️

Such a meaningful tattoo and an absolute privilege for me to create.
