💗 FROM OLD WORK COLLEAGUES TO A VERY SPECIAL FIRST TATTOO… 💗

It was so lovely to welcome Lynn into INK & AURA! We actually worked together way back in 2003 at Southwell Co-op, which honestly feels like a lifetime ago! 🥹 Fast forward over 20 years and Lynn came to see me for something very special… her very first tattoo! 🫶🏼

With a special milestone birthday coming up this October, Lynn has decided it’s time to start ticking a few things off her list… and getting her first tattoo was one of them! ✨

Even more special, Lynn created the design herself, and every little part has such a beautiful meaning behind it. ❤️

The large heart represents her husband, while the two little pink hearts represent her girls. 🩷🩷 The blue heart is in memory of her son who is sadly no longer with us. 💙 A beautiful way of keeping all of her family together within one very special piece.

The lovely Heather came to see me with such a beautiful vision. She wanted to balance out her existing upper arm tattoos while creating something deeply personal and meaningful.

Using the exact placement of her daughter’s freckles as inspiration, we transformed them into a delicate fine line star constellation. To make it even more special, we incorporated the Cancer zodiac symbol, a beautiful tribute to her daughter and a design she’ll treasure forever. ♋️✨

🦋 A beautiful blush pink butterfly for one of my lovely returning clients. 🩷

A huge welcome back to my wonderful client, who returned this week for tattoo number THREE with me! 🫶🏼

This time we created this gorgeous soft pink butterfly, delicately placed on the shoulder. Butterflies are such a timeless design, symbolising growth, strength, hope and new beginnings, making them one of my favourite tattoos to create.

I absolutely love how this one turned out. The subtle pink shading adds a soft, feminine touch while keeping the design elegant and delicate.
