Polite notice

We appreciate all your custom so much and thankyou for always supporting us however I won’t tolerate any snappy behaviour or rudeness in person or over the phone.
It’s not fair on us as a team and we will not tolerate any rudeness or abuse. Also we are a fully LGBTQ+ supportive in our establishment and anyone who doesn’t support that isn’t welcome as this our safe space to make you look amazing and spread positivity not negativity 🌈 🩷

Robyn Elliott is back at work after maternity👏
Working Wednesday currently so if anyone want to book in ring the salon or message Robyn directly💅🏻💅🏻

Just to let everyone know I will no longer be taking bank transfers as of today unless they are done in the salon in front of myself, I’m absolutely sick of chasing up payments. As much as I appreciate people offering to transfer us the money to save on card terminal fees I don’t have the time to be spent chasing for payments to then be ignored for days on end.

We are a small business and all of the team are self employed and this is our living! You would not dream of going to Tescos and not paying for your food shopping.

Anyone who has payments outstanding I would appreciate it if you send them over otherwise your appointments will be cancelled, your account will be blocked on our booking system and you will have to find yourself a new hairdresser who offers a finance package 😁

Kind regards
