My shampooing guide…

✨ Detangle before shampooing because shampooing knotty hair is a recipe for dry hair

✨ Only shampoo the scalp! Your ends are vulnerable, shampooing them will dry them out! The only time you should shampoo your ends is is to remove any oil treatments, hair colour, chlorine or sea water.

✨ Lather the shampoo on every single part of the your scalp, it is easy to miss behind your ears, the nape of the neck and the crown. Failing to do so will result in your hair feeling greasy the next day

✨ Always do 2 shampoos the one is to lift the dirt and grease but not enough to thoroughly clean the scalp. The second shampoo will give you that squeaky clean feel and last longer between washes

✨ Then apply a conditioner of your choice (recommend a deeper conditioner if your hair is really dry) and make sure you comb it through with a detangling brush/comb.

✨ Always apply conditioner from the ears down unless you have a dry scalp then apply all over but just make sure to thoroughly wash out as this will make your hair feel greasy.

✨ DO NOT WASH YOUR HAIR WITH HOT WATER!! Hot water will dry out your hair and scalp! It will also fade and colour on your hair and make any blonde colour yellow! Always wash your hair with warm water.

✨RINSE RINSE RINSE
do not leave any residue on your hair cause this will make it feel flat & heavy

✨ Use leave in conditioners and heat protectors after every wash!
