"Your appointments are very important to me, and I love the time we spend together! I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. However, as a small business, late cancellations and no-shows make it very difficult for me to fill that time and cover my costs.

To protect my business and ensure I can keep providing the best service possible, I have the following policy:
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of £20 in place of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a fee of £20 will be charged before your next booking.

Booking Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £10 may be required for new clients to book large color services to secure your slot.
