2. Uv mist protect spray
3. Leave in conditioner
4. Heat protection...always!
5. Skip conditioner use a hydrating mask.
6. Sulfate and silicone free shampoo if possible.
7. Don't sleep with wet hair!!
8. Wear a hat or head scarf.

You don't need to break the bank to protect your hair! I have found two very affordable products from Boots!!!
