Today we had a customer who received our services in full. The price was clearly explained before and during the appointment. After the service was completed, the customer refused to pay the full amount and demanded to pay only the amount they wanted. They also threatened to leave without paying if we did not accept it.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for small businesses and the people who work hard to provide professional services.

We have a full record of what happened. We reserve the right to report this matter to the police and pursue any appropriate action.

We hope other local businesses stay aware and do not have to experience the same situation.
We work hard every day to provide quality services. Refusing to pay the agreed price after the service has been completed is unacceptable. We will not tolerate intimidation, threats or attempts to avoid payment. Every business deserves respect !!
