What happens in a Reiki appointment?

You lie on your back in a tranquil setting listening to gorgeous soothing music

Whilst your relaxing I help you relax further with a meditation imagining your sooooo relaxed…

Then I move about your body steadily with my hands hovering just above or gently touching to facilitate the energy moving to help your body help itself

I move around in an intuitive way so you have a bespoke treatment that is drawn where the energy is needed

After approximately an hour I gently bring you back to the tranquil room and offer you water

Then we chat ….
