This month we say goodbye to our registered manager Charlotte .

Charlotte has made a difference to our lives and touched many hearts through her journey with we can care .

Charlotte has been a valuable member of the team and to families she has supported a long the way

We wish Charlotte all the luck and happiness in her new adventure. I’m sure you will keep in touch ! ♥️
