Being a massage therapist i promote looking after yourself. This is something I am rubbish at. Today Neil and I visited the Equilibrium in Goole to try the infrared sauna.
What a great place to go to switch off and relax. The gentleman who showed us round was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about the services they offer.
We will definitely be going back. Just trying to convince Neil that the cold and hot session would be better 🥶🥵🛀
