🌿CANCELLATION POLICY🌿

Due to the increasing amount of last minute cancellations and rescheduling of appointments, we have had to bring in a cancellation policy.

We do understand that life happens but we kindly ask that you give us 72 hours notice for a colour appointment and 48 hours notice for a cutting appointment. This will allow us time to offer the appointment to clients on our waiting list. Failure to give us the required amount of notice, will result in a 50% charge of the total service. Any appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment or a No Show will be charged 100% of the service total. All charges will need to be paid before rebooking an appointment.

Additionally, when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, please remember there may be a delay in availability as we do book up very quickly, however we will do our best to fit you in where we can.

Unfortunately last minute cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are detrimental to the running of our small business.
