ou want to do, just DO IT, now – don’t wait’. So Lucinda trained as a Nutritional Therapist for 3 years, gaining her Diploma in 2005, and went on to set up her company Brain Nutrition with two colleagues.

“All of us were deeply interested in the effect food has on the brain, especially conditions like depression. If you’ve ever been there, you’ll know exactly what it’s like, and the right food really can help.” Lucinda works with Family Futures, an adoption support agency helping families manage their children’s behaviour; and for Kids’ Company, working with young girls in particular to improve their nutritional intake. Lucinda moved to Marlborough, and started Love Food in 2010. “Lots of people just don’t know how to cook any more, but there are so many benefits to home cooking. With the right ingredients and recipes, you can produce delicious food that’s really good for you, and alleviate so many complaints and conditions. And it’s just so SATISFYING to cook good, tasty, nutritional, home-cooked food.
