who’s Melanoma skin cancer I spotted in Summer of 2023 was caught as in the very earliest stage and successfully removed. This was down to the training I had taken with and their MASCED training for therapists like me and professionals that regularly come into contact with clients skin.

Claire will be talking you through your hormones, our brain and moods, heart health and sleep. - 'Rachel and Dee’s practical workshop will focus on how you can use resistance training exercise to optimise your muscle and bone health. We will be exploring Pilates for bone health and how we add load to our workouts.

During the afternoon sessions Claire will be taking you through female GU Health including some practical sessions for pelvic health exercises. Topping the day off with a blissful session somatic breathwork to nourish your nerves.

You will receive your own Menopause e-toolkit to use home with online practical sessions.

Happy Birthday to us what a 5 years it’s been. A huge thank you to all of my lovely clients and your support over the last 5 years. Through 5 clinic locations and a pandemic. Now firmly settled in since 2021 for the long run adding in Pilates and movement to my offering, here is to the next 5 years and beyond. I have found my calling and can honestly say I love going to work everyday.
