For my midsection and flanks, HIFU has always been one of my favourites.

It’s not a weight-loss treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for good nutrition or exercise, but for the right person it can be a fantastic option for body contouring, skin tightening and improving definition in stubborn areas.

I don’t often share my own treatments, but I think it’s important to be honest about what I genuinely choose for myself.
