Hi Everyone, I hope you are all well.

I just wanted to let you know that I've switched back to Ovatu for my booking system based on feedback from my clients.

With Ovatu, you can book online, log in to your account to view and amend bookings, and see and use your loyalty points. A £10 deposit (or the cost of the treatment if less than £10) will still be required for all bookings. You also have the option to pay in full in advance, either at the time of booking, by logging into your account, or by following the 'manage this reservation' link in your confirmation email. Please note, the £10 deposit will be forfeited for no shows or late cancellations. For late cancellations of fully paid appointments, £10 will be retained as a late cancellation fee, and there will be no refunds for no-shows to appointments paid in advance.

All loyalty points earned were transferred to Vagaro and have now been moved back to Ovatu. You will still have your earned points to use against treatments. Each £1 spent earns 1 point, and to redeem £1, you need 10 points. Loyalty points can be used to pay towards or in full for any treatment.
