Let me introduce you to something a little different.
Your Ritual is exactly what it sounds like, a treatment that is completely and entirely yours.
No set menu. Just a customised ritual just for you!
You choose your time either 90 minutes or a luxurious 2.5 hours and then you simply tell me what you need. Whether that is deep relaxation, a specific area of focus, a combination of treatments or just a feeling you want to leave with and I take care of everything else.
Before you arrive I will have prepared something specifically for you. Thoughtfully. Intentionally. Just for you.
And when your ritual is complete you will leave with a little goodie bag to take home. 🌿

When your stomach rumbles during a massage, facial, or relaxing treatment, it’s actually a good sign!
It means your body is switching into rest-and-digest mode (the parasympathetic nervous system). This is the opposite of “fight or flight.” When this happens:
🌿 Your body is relaxing deeply
🌿 Digestion is reactivating
🌿 Stress is melting away
So if your tummy makes noises, it’s just your body saying, “Thank you , I feel safe and calm.” 💆‍♀️
No need to ever apologise, it’s one of the best compliments you can give a therapist, because it shows the treatment is working exactly as it should.
And…….
If my stomach rumbles during your treatment, don’t worry, it’s not because I’m hungry!
Just like you, when I’m giving a massage, facial, or relaxing treatment, my body can shift into rest-and-digest mode too. The calm environment, gentle movements, and soothing energy encourage the parasympathetic nervous system to activate and one of the side effects is tummy noises. 🌿
It simply means:
