As you know I like to set myself a challenge and this year myself and Daniel are running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London on the 12th October, we are raising much needed funds for MacMillan. Well this morning was the final long training run we ran from Conwy to the Gazelle, boy did I find it tough today, (just no oomph) think it’s normal in training. Next few weeks is to recoup and then hammer the body again🙈🏃‍♀️😜.
