The things I hear in clinic... 👀
Every single one of these has been said to me at least once and honestly I don't blame anyone for saying them. When you don't know what's possible, you just describe how you feel and hope your practitioner figures the rest out.
That's actually what a good consultation is for 🫶🏼
You don't need to come to me knowing exactly what you want, what ml you need, or which treatment is right for you. That's my job. What I do need you to come with is an open mind, a honest conversation about what's been bothering you, and a willingness to let me actually assess your face properly before we decide anything.
No experimenting. No guessing. No 'let's just see what happens.'
Just a structured plan that makes sense for your face, your anatomy, and your goals.
If any of these slides made you laugh because you've thought the same thing, my DMs are open.
DM me CONSULT and let's have a proper conversation about what you actually need ♥️

3 misconceptions about lip filler that we need to address 👇🏼
1. "0.5ml won't make a difference." This is probably the one we hear the most. People assume that if they're not going big, there's no point. But 0.5ml placed correctly into the right areas, respecting the natural shape of your lips can add hydration, subtle definition and balance without anyone being able to tell you've had anything done.
That's not a compromise. That's actually the goal 🤌🏼
2. "Lip filler always looks obvious." It does when it's placed incorrectly, overfilled, or not suited to the client's face. What you're seeing here is freshly treated lips, no duck, no shelf, no migration. Just a fuller, more defined version of what was already there. The lips still move naturally. The shape still belongs to her face. That's what happens when you plan the placement rather than just push product in.
3. "You need to go bigger each time to maintain the result." No. If your filler is dissolving and you feel like you constantly need more to get the same effect, that's worth having a conversation about because it shouldn't work that way. Well placed filler at the right volume for your anatomy should give you a result you're happy to maintain, not one you're always chasing.
This client had 0.5ml. Her lips before were already lovely... She just wanted a little more definition and hydration. We kept the shape entirely hers and simply enhanced what was there.
If you've been curious about lips but put off by the fear of looking overdone, that's exactly why you start with a consultation, not a treatment.

Men's aesthetics doesn't get talked about enough and that needs to change 🫡
There's still a stigma attached to men seeking treatments, this idea that it's not masculine, or that it's vanity dressed up as self care. But when you actually sit in a consultation and break down what someone wants, it's never really about vanity. It's about confidence. It's about feeling like the outside matches how you feel on the inside 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This client came to us with a really specific goal... More definition through the mid-face and jaw. Not a transformation. Not a new face. Just sharper angles, better structure, more of what was already there.
Looking at his profile before treatment, the cheek projection was flat and the jawline lacked definition, it was causing the face to lose its natural angular shape. We placed filler strategically through the cheeks to restore projection and worked along the jaw to sharpen the line without overcorrecting...
The result 👉🏼 Still completely him. You wouldn't clock it as filler. You'd just think he looked well, sharp, structured.
That's the goal every single time, whether you're male or female.
If you've been sitting on the idea of a consultation because you're not sure it's "for you" - it is. We see male clients regularly across our clinics in Merthyr Tydfil, Birmingham and Milton Keynes, and every single one starts with the same thing: a proper face to face assessment, no pressure, no product pushed at you.
Just an honest conversation about what's possible and what's right for your face.
DM us the word CONSULT to start that conversation.

This is the advice I’d give to my best friend and it’s the same approach I take with every client 👀
Aesthetics shouldn’t be rushed, trend led or convenience based. The most natural, long lasting results come from taking the time to assess properly, prioritising skin health and using the right amount of product in the right place.
More isn’t better. Faster isn’t better.
Thoughtful planning always is.
When treatments are guided by consultation, structure and skin quality, the results don’t just look better, they age better too.
If you’re looking for an approach that’s considered, honest and tailored to you, it always starts with a consultation.

GLOW after PRP ✨
Right before she headed into the Villa! Millie came to us for PRP treatment...
PRP facials are all about regeneration. By using your own platelet rich plasma, we’re able to stimulate the skin’s natural repair processes at a cellular level, encouraging collagen production, improving skin quality and supporting long term rejuvenation rather than short term fixes 🤩
This treatment is particularly effective for dull, tired or ageing skin, helping to improve texture, elasticity and overall tone over time. Because PRP works with your body’s own growth factors, results don’t appear overnight. Instead, the skin gradually becomes stronger, smoother and more resilient in the weeks following treatment.
What makes PRP different is its ability to enhance skin health from within. It’s not about adding volume or changing your features, it’s about restoring vitality, supporting cell renewal and improving the quality of the skin itself.
For those looking for a natural, regenerative approach to skin rejuvenation, PRP offers subtle yet powerful results that continue to develop long after the appointment.
Every PRP treatment begins with a full consultation to ensure suitability and create a plan tailored to your skin 🩸

Coffee wakes you up ☕️
Subtle filler helps you feel like yourself again.
This treatment wasn’t about changing features or chasing trends. It was about restoring balance, supporting structure and enhancing what’s already there, in a way that still feels natural and familiar.
When placed intentionally, filler can soften lines, improve definition and refresh the face without ever looking overdone.
Small, considered adjustments.
Results that simply feel right.

This result is the outcome of three carefully planned sessions of under eye polynucleotides 🤌🏼
The under eye area is one of the most delicate regions of the face. The skin here is thinner, more fragile and prone to showing early signs of ageing such as darkness, fine lines, crepiness and loss of elasticity. This is not an area suited too aggressive or volume based treatments.
Polynucleotides work differently. Rather than adding volume, they focus on improving skin quality from within by stimulating cellular repair, increasing hydration and strengthening the skin structure over time.
This treatment plan was designed to:
🫧 Improve skin texture and thickness
💧 Increase hydration and resilience
😍 Reduce the appearance of crepiness and tiredness
🤩 Support healthier, more luminous under eye skin
Progress here is gradual and intentional. Results build with each session, which is why a course is always recommended for this area. The aim is not instant change, but long-term improvement that continues to develop weeks after treatment.
No shortcuts. No overcorrection.
Just healthier skin, treated with respect.
All treatments begin with a full consultation to assess suitability and create a personalised plan.

Lifting the lip isn’t about adding MORE product.
Essentially, It’s about placing it correctly.
When it comes to lip filler, achieving lift requires an understanding of structure, support and balance. By strategically supporting key areas of the lip, we can enhance shape, improve projection and create a lifted appearance without overfilling or weighing the lips down 🤌🏼
This approach allows the lips to look more defined and youthful, while still moving naturally and sitting beautifully at rest.
Every face is different. Every lip requires a tailored plan.
Lift should always look effortless, never forced.
Thoughtful technique. Intentional placement. Natural-looking results.
If you're searching for the PERFECT practitioner, who understands lip anatomy to a T and is KNOWN for natural enhancements, look no further 🫦

This is what carefully considered lip filler looks like 👄
As we age, lips naturally lose hydration, definition and internal support. Lines can become more noticeable and the lips may appear flatter or less balanced with the rest of the face.
This treatment isn’t about making the lips bigger, it is about restoring structure, improving hydration and enhancing shape in a way that feels completely in harmony with the face.
By using a conservative amount of product and precise placement, we were able to soften lines, support the lip border and bring back a healthy, natural looking finish without overfilling.
The goal is never to change your face, it’s to help you look like the best version of yourself.
Natural results come from intentional treatment.

Jawline filler done properly shouldn’t look like filler 😍
This treatment wasn’t about creating a sharp, overdone jaw or chasing angles.
It was about indicate structure, balance, and restoring definition that had softened over time.
The goal:
A jawline that looks supported, not bulky.
Defined, but still feminine.
Clean in profile, natural from the front.
What we focused on here was structure, not volume.
Supporting the jawline so the lower face looks more lifted, balanced and cohesive, without changing the client’s natural features 😍
This is why jawline filler should never be rushed or overfilled.
Too much product, or poor placement, is what creates that heavy, squared look people fear.
When it’s done strategically, the result is subtle but powerful.
You don’t see “filler”.
You see a stronger profile, improved proportions, and a more refined lower face.
This is the difference between chasing definition and building structure with intention.
If jawline definition is something you’re considering, a consultation is always the first step.

Lip filler isn’t about making lips bigger.
It’s about making them better 🤌🏼
This result was created with balance, structure and proportion in mind, not trends, not overfilling, and not a one size fits all approach.
Before any filler is placed, I assess:
→ Natural lip shape and asymmetry
→ Lip borders and definition
→ Hydration levels and skin quality
→ Facial proportions and side profile
→ How the lips move when you talk and smile
Because lips aren’t static and filler should never look obvious in motion.
The goal here was:
→ Restore softness and hydration
→ Enhance shape without heaviness
→ Define the lip border subtly
→ Keep the result natural, fresh and wearable
You’ll notice this isn’t a “done” look.
Just lips that look like your lips… on their best day.
This is why less is often more and why results like this are usually built gradually over time, not rushed in one appointment.
If you’re worried about looking overdone, this is exactly the kind of approach you want.
Consultation is always key - DM us to get booked in 🫦

Look at these resuls 🤩
If dark, tired looking under eyes are your main concern, this is exactly where polynucleotides shine.
This isn’t about adding volume. It’s about improving skin quality.
Dark under eyes are often caused by:
→ Thin, fragile under-eye skin
→ Visible blood vessels showing through
→ Poor skin quality and collagen loss
→ Dehydration and reduced elasticity
Filler won’t fix that.
And in many cases, it can actually make under eyes look heavier or more puffy.
Polynucleotides work differently.
They stimulate collagen, strengthen the skin, improve hydration and gradually thicken the under eye area, so darkness softens over time, not overnight.
That’s why this treatment is done as a course.
Two sessions in, you can already see:
→ Brighter under eye tone
→ Healthier skin quality
→ Reduced shadowing
→ A fresher, more rested appearance
And this is only partway through the plan.
The best under eye results are subtle, progressive and built over time, not rushed or overfilled.
If you’ve been told you “need filler” for dark under eyes and it didn’t sit right with you… this is usually why.
