What a year it’s been! 🥹🤍

When my plans to return to work after maternity leave didn’t quite go to plan, little did I know it would lead me to where I am today.

I decided to take a leap of faith, completed my SPMU course, found a salon and completely transformed it, alongside working 2 part-time jobs and being a mother to Sonny 🫶🏼

Once the salon was finally ready, reality hit when I realised just how much a tattoo licence would cost. After a year on maternity leave, investing in my SPMU course and putting everything into creating my salon, funds were a little tight! So, I decided to go back to my roots and start doing brows again — something I’d always loved and had missed so much.

And honestly, I couldn’t have imagined how the past year would have unfolded! 🤍

Just ONE MONTH after opening, I was nominated for Brow Artist of the Year 🏆 and I’m now so excited to say that I’m a FINALIST! The awards ceremony is in November, and I honestly can’t wait to find out where I place! ✨

One whole year of Brows & Blush by Jodi, and I am beyond grateful to say that I’ve never had an empty diary. To think that something that started from a little change of plans has turned into this means more to me than you’ll ever know.

To every single client who has booked in, recommended me, supported my little business, trusted me with your brows and continued to come back — THANK YOU! 🥹 Your faith in me, your loyalty and all your support mean absolutely everything. You’re the reason I get to do what I love every single day, and I’ll never take that for granted.
