Being qualified is extremely important for health and safety. We all know a nail appointment is to feel more confident and have pretty nails. But are you researching your nail techs?

What is a nail knowledge diploma?
-I have had to learn and take exams to be certified in this.
- chemistry of the nail products
- ingredients
- biology of the nails
- safety
- allergies
- marketing scams in the industry (such as “biab will make your nails grow”)

And so much more, I know what a healthy nail looks like and I know what an unhealthy nail looks like. I’m not qualified to diagnose but I am qualified to take an educated assumption and decide whether it’s safe to apply product and advise to see a GP, in worst case scenarios.

I even know the ins and outs of how the nails grow and what they’re made of etc.

Even if you don’t decide to come to me, please take care in where you are going. It’s very easy to permanently damage someone’s natural nails!
