Not the update we wanted 💔

As we’re sure you’ve seen tons of other small businesses post about the new EU shipping regulations that came into practice last week, we are unfortunately included in that group of small businesses who simply cannot afford to comply with the new rules that would allow us to ship to the EU..

We had already suspended our EU shipping late last year after the first round of changes came in. We hoped that things would improve and it would be sustainable for us to resume shipping to the EU again hut unfortunately the opposite has happened and we have now completely suspended EU shipping indefinitely.

We don’t know if or when we may be able to ship to the EU again. We are heartbroken that it’s come to this; from when we very first started, VelvetWebLashes has always had an incredible EU customer base and some extremely loyal supporters and we are completely gutted that we haven’t been able to get our lashes to you all.

So many other small businesses are in the same boat, so please support them however you can. If you can’t shop with us, sharing and interacting with our posts will make a huge difference for us all 🫶🏻
