Three clients have travelled over an hour to visit me this week! 🖤 Knowing you choose us when there are so many places closer to home means such a lot.

I’ve just found out I’m in the Top 10 for Best Non Surgical Body Contour at the Glamour Awards 2026!
I’ve been quietly working on something that brings together everything I love about body sculpting and wellness, so to receive this news right now feels especially meaningful.
I haven’t shared much of life outside the clinic on here lately, so here’s a little Saturday with me ☺️
It’s rare that I get a Saturday without work or the boys, so I made the most of it. I started at 6am with Woody and a ride, spent the morning at the spa, then met Leanne at The Bowes Museum for the Vivienne Westwood exhibition.
I studied fashion and absolutely love her androgynous style, so this was right up my street.
Finished with a glass of w**e and a proper catch-up. It was lovely to have a day like this 🍷
