And yet so many of us still skip it (no judgement — I get it, it’s easy to forget).
SPF isn’t optional, it’s the treatment. 🩷
We love talking about lasers, injectables, facials… but the product doing the most work is usually the one sitting forgotten at the bottom of the bag.
Here’s the thing — SPF doesn’t just stop sunburn. It protects your collagen, keeps pigmentation from coming back, and it’s honestly the reason your other treatments last as long as they do.
Without it, you’re kind of paying to undo the same damage, day after day.
So if daily SPF isn’t part of your routine yet — that’s the sweet spot to start. Before anything fancy. 🩷

Please remember this forever: your skin isn’t just about what you put on it or what treatments you’ve done. It’s about what’s happening inside you too.
Your gut and your skin are connected through what’s called the gut-skin axis. When your gut microbiome is out of balance, it triggers inflammation — and inflammation is one of the biggest drivers of premature aging.
You could have the best skincare routine in the world, and your gut could still be working against you.
This is exactly why I always ask about more than just your products. Your skin tells a bigger story.
If your skin has been acting up and nothing seems to help, let’s dig deeper together 🩷

3 years of melasma — and I got it wrong. Here’s what actually happened (and what’s actually working, as I still deal with it).
First — melasma and pigmentation are not the same thing. (Full post coming soon.)
We treat them completely differently. Pigmentation responds well to treatments and skincare. Melasma is different — treatments can go very wrong. So many women who’ve tried “everything” know exactly what I mean.
Here’s the point: melasma isn’t a cosmetic issue — it’s metabolic, like most skin problems. But so many of us still believe treatment will fix it. It won’t. Treatment and skincare, done right, are there to support your skin — not fix it. (Please read that last sentence again.)🙏
That’s what I teach my clients every day.
Here’s what went wrong with mine.
I wanted it gone fast, so I treated it from the outside (at that point I wasn’t connecting the metabolic dots — I probably didn’t even have the time, with a 1-2 year old). So I started... laser, more treatments… Nothing against laser, it’s an amazing tool. It just wasn’t right for me, at that stage. My clients know exactly what my skin looked like after. 😉
What I did wrong — I rushed it. I wanted it fixed now. Ask yourself — are you doing the same with your skin?
What I want you to understand: your skin is an organ. It needs time to heal, repair, and rejuvenate. There is no magic treatment or magic skincare that will fix it straight away.
What actually is helping, after years of figuring it out: understanding that my metabolic health matters more than treatments.
And now I’ll tell you the biggest truth — treatments can work magic on your skin if your internal health is good. You can completely change your skin with the correct skincare, the right treatments, and most importantly, time — but who wants to wait these days?
Melasma is driven by hormones. Healthy hormones need a healthy gut. Your lifestyle matters more than the product on your skin.
The moment I stopped fighting my skin and started listening to it — that’s when everything changed.
What are your skin conditions, and how far have you come? ❤️
That feeling when your body calms down and your soul feels a little lighter. ❤️
Skincare tip nobody talks about: just add years😉
✌
Real skin health is boring. And that’s exactly why it works.
Think of it like the gym. You don’t go once and come out with a completely different body. You go consistently, month after month, and a year later people ask what changed.
Skin works the same way. 🙏🙏🙏One facial won’t transform your skin. But show up every month, stick with the plan, and a year from now, that’s when people start asking what you’re doing differently.
I always say this to clients: treatments do work. They just need to be repeated, consistently, to actually build something that lasts.
The clients with the best skin? They’re not the ones chasing trends. They’re the ones who stuck with a plan for years.
At the end of the day, it’s your choice — how do you want your skin to look in 5, 10 years? That decision starts now.
5 years from now, you’ll be glad you started🩷

Ok so this isn’t scarring — it’s post-inflammatory pigmentation. Basically your skin is still healing from old breakouts, even if the breakouts themselves are long gone.
Here’s the thing most people don’t know: this type of pigmentation sits deeper than it looks. If you go in with the wrong treatment, it can actually get darker before it gets better — which is scary if nobody explains that to you first.
This is what consistency and patience look like. It does fade. This is proof.
If this is what your skin’s going through and you’re not sure where to even start — just message me. Let’s figure it out together. ❤️
Let’s clear something up, because I hear this all the time.
Botox is genuinely a game changer for a lot of us. It softens lines, changes how you feel when you look in the mirror. I’m not against it.
But Botox isn’t skincare. Here’s what that actually means.
It doesn’t fix texture, heal breakouts or pigmentation, or rebuild the actual quality of your skin. It works on the muscle underneath — a completely different job. Your skin can still be aging underneath, even while the wrinkles are smoothed out on top.
Think about your skin barrier like a brick wall. When it’s strong, it holds moisture in and keeps irritants out. When it’s damaged — from over-exfoliating, harsh products, or just neglect — that wall breaks down. And a broken wall doesn’t just look dry. It looks tired. Dull. Older than it actually is. Botox can’t fix that wall.
So here’s the truth: real skin health is BORING . It’s not one appointment, it’s consistency — the right treatments, done with patience, over months, not weeks.

Instantly lift, sculpt and glow — naturally. ✨
As a facialist, I believe your skin has everything it needs to thrive. Sometimes it just needs the right hands.
Here’s what one session of face sculpting massage can do:
✨ Lifted features: Natural contouring that defines your face without anything invasive.
💧 Reduced puffiness: Gentle lymphatic techniques drain fluid and instantly depuff.
🌿 Glowing skin: Improved circulation brings colour, life and radiance back to your complexion.
⭐ Sculpted jawline: Targeted massage relaxes tension and reshapes naturally.
🤍 Skin that breathes: Less congestion, less dullness, more clarity.
No needles. No downtime. No harsh treatments.
Just intentional touch that works with your skin.
Because sometimes less really is more. 🤍
Book your session via the link in bio.
Ever had a treatment and felt like… nothing happened? 🤍
You’re not imagining it — and you’re definitely not alone. This is honestly one of the most common things I hear from new clients.
The truth is, skin doesn’t work on Instagram time. It works on biology time. And biology takes weeks, not days.
That’s exactly why I don’t just book one session and call it done — we build a plan together, because that’s what actually gets results.
If you’ve tried microneedling before and felt disappointed, I’d love to talk to you about why — and what a proper plan looks like.
