What does it include?
Join me with a fruit infused water as we go through a consultation & get to know me settling in session before I leave the room & let you settle into the heated bed relaxing with the sounds of spa & dimmed lighting.
We will use medically graded products as we invite steam into the facial to soften the complexion in preperation for an advanced facial. I will tailor actives to your skin type & needs whilst providing a spa like experience including shoulder, neck & skulpting facial massage.
Its a luxury treatment which will make you feel amazing! Yet gives me the experience to really know what your skin needs. Your skin is your biggest organ & deserves the best treatment. 🤍✨️
Life really can become hard to keep up..
Messages left on unread, sit down for tea at 9pm, cancel plans with friends because of burnout, wake up do the same again, make the beds, go to work, food shop, school run.. it's a lot isn't it..
& then we wonder why we can't give 100% to the people who matter because we were born into a world where in most families 2 parents need to work just to make ends meet, school finishes at 3 but work finishes at 5, 4 weeks annual leave yet 13 weeks school holidays.
Even I sometimes can't follow my own advice on allowing myself a moment for myself as I simply dont have time to stop & when I do I come back to double the work.. but you are not alone we are all doing our best.. You are doing amazing.. 🤍✨️

After years of feeling like " I wish I had more time with that person " I have decided that I want to create a home from home feel. Where you feel safe & cared for. A moment you can really feel you can talk or offload without judgement.
In order to let go & move forward you have to be able to release it from your body whether that be through talk, through massage but in this experience it allows you that time & opportunity.
Experiences will change with the seasons, with the moons, with the star signs.
My first experience is the;
Bubbles & Reflect Head Spa. 🥂
Be welcomed with a lemon & ginger tea taking a moment to rest into the room with an oracle card pull setting your intentions & seeking guidance.
We will talk about your scalp & hair before I leave the room & let you get comfortable in a heated bed with mattress topper.
We will cleanse & exfoliate your scalp with a ginger scrub using steam to enhance the exfoliation before a rosemary cleanse & bond building hair mask. Massaging your neck, shoulders, arms & hands providing the ultimate flow between massage techniques.
Sound will be encorporated to add to the experience with jaded tools & combs before a facial balm cleanse & luxury serum sculpting your face. Finishing with a collagen rich moisuriser & pressure on the head to release stress.
Post treatment allow me to comb argan oil finishing product through the hair as you sit, breathe & reflect with me on your experience with a glass of fizz or non alcoholic fizz & truffles ✨️🧖🏻♀️
