There's still time to join us tomorrow for Friday Little Glow.

Whilst supporting your little ones sensory development, it's probably the only opportunity you'll get that day to spend an hour in a relaxing and calming environment. I put on spa type music, essential oils in the diffuser so the room smells lovely and you can chill out in a darkened room.

There's no pressure to perform or interact - Little Glow is completely parent led and unstructured. Just sit and enjoy the sensory lights and toys. Chat to other mums if you need some adult conversation.

Spaces available at 10am or 11.30am in Downhead Park. Great venue with loads of free parking and close by to Campbell Park or Willen Lake if you fancy a walk before or after session.

Pay as you go - £6.50 per baby which includes 2 adults.
