Happy Thursday, cool outside but not cold. I've been out and got my morning steps in around the village, now for breakfast and some chores around the house before meeting a friend for lunch.

I'm 59 yr and as we head in to cooler, windy weather, and many of us start to turn on the central heating, it can be tough on your skin.

So I'd love to know, what is your biggest skin concern at this time of year 🍂 and do you switch up your skincare to compensate?

For autumn I move towards more nourishing and hydrating facials oils. I never thought I'd actively put oil on to my skin, but far from being oily, Super Greens Nutrient boost oil, balances out sebum levels, reduces redness and nourishes your skin deep into the layers, like drinking a green smoothie for your skin 🥦💚 Now I must admit that not everyone likes the scent, as it sure does smell very 'green', but it is SOOOO good for your skin and suitable for all skin types 💕 Does your skin need Super Greens?

Happy weekend, what has your Saturday looked like?

It’s definitely been cooler today and really quite windy, but working in the poly tunnel has been warm enough. I’ve not kept on top of things this year, so today was clearing the weeds including loads of thistles & poppies that had gone to seed 🙈

I’m not planning to plant anything over the winter, but getting the ground cleared and ready is a good start.

This evening is Strictly 💃 then catch up on the F1 🏎️ and of course my evening skincare for some selfcare 😊 before bed.
