Thankyou for following my journey...its time to listen to my body and give it the rest its clearly screaming out for.

I know me, and I know I will return with new energy and stronger than ever but I am not sure when that will be.

The weather has turned my garden into unhabitable mess..so although my beautiful cabin is ready, my garden is not! I know you understand the time it takes to deal with things like that and unfortunately for me, there has not been enough hours in the day, juggling work & children.

Im waiting for the rain to stop & have found a permanent solution 💚 so please bare with me.. Appreciate your patience & understanding.

Morning all..first of all I would like to thank you for following me on my journey, booking in with me and building up my confidence over the years..its been amazing and I love what I do so much!

I have regrettably had to micro manage and shuffle bookings around due to my health issues and thankfully everyone is supportive & understanding!

I have to listen to my body now..I have ME, Fibromyalgia & Carpal Tunnel just for good measure 😩 I wont go into the details of how debilitating this can be but I have reached the point, I cannot deliver my services effectively.

I am now chasing up a pending surgery on my wrists as the pain and swell is getting worse thats with the added fatigue, memory loss and pain all over!

This isnt an invitation to a pity party lol..I just want to let you know that I am throwing in the towel to try to preserve my health BUT I have created a beautiful space where I will be working with energy (Reiki) & gentle modalities such as ASMR and facials.
I will be offering red light therapy
Sound therapy, pamper parties also ( small groups & mini treatments) in the new year 🙏 no longer massage.

I will honour any booking I have pending & continue to treat my monthly regulars of 30 min massage only but will not be taking on any new clients. I will also be much less mobile & working from home in my holistic cabin.
