Bodyweight dips using two garden chairs to hit triceps.
Just rode back from the day job but needed a little more out of the day...
Dips for chest and triceps,
Rws for traps and rear delts,
Chin ups for lats core and biceps,
Hanging leg raises toes to bar style.
To finish off with declined pushups for triceps and upper chest and burning out with dips again but with feet on the ground.
