Just a little reminder to my lovely clientele that I’m always keeping my customers as safe as can be, with or without a pandemic going on....

Here at Highbrows beauty customers are asked to....

•Wear a mask/face covering at all times possible... (I can provide a disposable mask at a cost of £2 if you forget your own).
•Sanitise your hands before entry into the studio.
•Agree to have your temperature taken.
•Provide a name, address and contact number in line with the governments track and trace scheme.
•Report any symptoms or close contact with others showing symptoms immediately or most certainly before arrival and reschedule appointments if required.
•Arrive on time rather than early to ensure adequate timings for cleaning down between clients and to prevent cross over periods with other customers.
•Only bring minimal items with you to the studio
•Come to your appointment alone.
•And most of all... relax and enjoy your treatment/s.

In exchange I will....

•Always be wearing a mask (& visor if viable), disposable aprons (and gloves if appropriate) for each client.
•Ensure my uniform is changed/laundered with antibacterial detergents between clients.
•Ensure my hands will always be clean and sanitised between treatments.
•Ensure (as always) that appointments are spread out to allow adequate time to clean and sanitise all areas and equipment between treatments/customers.
•Be keeping records for the governments track and trace scheme
•Monitoring government advice daily to ensure the correct and safest procedures are adhered to at all times.

The beauty sector is historically renowned for being extremely stringent on their hygiene/cross contamination rules prior to this outbreak so please be assured that as always I will do everything in my power to keep you as safe and secure as possible.... it’s our thing, its what we as beauty therapists/salon owners should always be doing well! 😜💗

In line with government guidelines released this week I can now offer full body and intimate waxing treatments, Indian head massage, shoulder and neck massage and hand massage. Slots available from Friday the 17th of July onwards.
