We are coming to the end of our time at Walnut Tree. Thank you to the community, our clients, fellow businesses and our teams for their loyalty and custom.
Since joining Changes in 2004 melaniemcbreen has we had to make strategic changes to adapt our business as we have ridden the waves of recession, COVID and now we enter a new chapter joining our teams at Broughton Gate.

We have loved being part of the Walnut Tree community from the start and our client’s loyalty and support means the world to us.

For our new chapter in Changes history we are relocating our Walnut Tree team to join Broughton Gate from 22nd September 2026.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it is essential for us maintain the high quality experience and expert care your’ve come to expect from us. We know change can be a journey but we are filled with passion and optimism and can’t wait to welcome you just 2 miles up the V11 at Broughton Gate MK10 7DP.
