Preview trials are a visual way to see how your hairstyling and makeup will look ahead of your wedding day. You'll have plenty of time in my private makeup studio to see how it all comes together. I'll send you my hints and tips to help guide you before hand. I'll take photos for you to see the finished look on camera.

JB Studio is approaching 8 years old and I thought I'd share a little more about me. I've been a makeup artist for almost 30 years. Initially I was a freelancer and I have a diverse makeup skill set. I opened JB studio as somewhere relaxing and private to come to. To try products through a makeup lesson or have your bridal trial.
With a background in teaching and working in TV, film and theatre. I understand how that translates to everyday life in order to create a makeup look that you feel comfortable with.
I love being outdoors, in nature, in fact my studio reflects this with wood and green accents. I love good coffee, so there's plenty of time for one when you visit.
it's been quite on socials as life takes over and I have been busy teaching. Over the next couple of weeks I will be sharing everything avaliable for you at the studio from weddings, makeup lessons and accredited training courses.
The JB makeup studio brush range was designed by me. I wanted a set of go to brushes that I knew would be all I need to put makeup on. A small set of brushes that were easy to use, blended makeup beautifully and easy to clean.
It was important to me to develop brushes that were made in the UK. That were vegan and cruelty free. They are handmade and each brush has multiple uses. Perfect for applying and blending makeup.
