Hello all! I just wanted to put out a reminder for the terms and conditions for the salon. Thank you to all my clients who respect my salon and my time❤️

Thank you for choosing our salon. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to respect the time of our team, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings:

1. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Repeated cancellations or short-notice changes may result in pre-payment in full for future appointments.

3. No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, this will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit, and future bookings may require full pre-payment or may be refused.
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be removed from our booking system.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out the full service and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Agreement
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us run our salon efficiently and fairly for everyone
