Ok… I’m going to have to let you in to a little secret!

After seeing yet another local advert for

3 areas for £100
1ml lip filler for £60

I think it’s only fair for me to let the truth be told and hopefully save someone that would otherwise potentially put themselves at risk!

You cannot buy B*t*x legally and with a prescription for that price, however there are many counterfeit products, not legal and completely uninsurable, that you’re likely to be injected with at that price!

As an Aesthetics Practitioner, insurance alone can cost anything up to £1800 per annum among the many other mounting costs such as
✔️ rent
✔️ utilities
✔️ sharps and hazardous waste collection
✔️ training
✔️ disposals
✔️ safe and legal products
… the list goes on…

Please believe that practitioners would be making a huge financial loss to charge you £60 for lip filler!

Let’s just take a second to think about that… if you’re considering paying £100 for 3 areas or £60 for lip filler, what exactly do you think is about to be injected into your face? If injecting you with illegal products invalidates their insurance, then where does that leave you if you happen to be an unlucky one?
