IMPORTANT NOTICE: Recently, American Nails has received several negative posts, and we feel it’s important to address the situation openly.

A few weeks ago, we were targeted by a scam in which an individual demanded regular payments in exchange for not posting negative reviews or images of our business. We did not comply. We've replied to as many of these posts as possible and asked for specific dates and times so we can review our security footage and investigate properly. Aside from one instance, no further details have been provided.

One review, from Lynette, raised concerns about both service quality and additional charges. We would like to clarify this matter. Lynette’s original request was accommodated, including the use of the same nail polish. However, she later asked to change to a different colour. This required removing the existing polish from all nails and reapplying a new colour. She was informed in advance that this would incur an additional charge of £20.
