Just faces is introducing some holistic therapies, Reflexology is a type of even and steady pressure applied to the feet which encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance. It works on a long established principle that there are energy zones which run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet which correspond to all the major organs, glands, and body parts, the effects of the therapy is therefore unique to each person, you will feel a sense of deep relaxation and well-being following this treatment. Reflexology can be had on an ad hoc basis, but it helps particular conditions and symptoms if the frequency or number of treatments are taken in a course to optimise the potential outcome. I would recommend 4/6 treatments on a weekly basis at the same time,could be in the afternoon or after work or on an evening which is very therapeutic it can be followed with the holistic back and neck, shoulder massage to relax you totally and unwind.

Weekly Wakeup: Return to the Breath,

Dear Mindful Readers,
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, returning to some of the most fundamental practices—and the lessons they teach you—can help you strengthen your practice and reinvigorate your routine. Remember: the most important tools you can bring with you to your meditation practice are a little patience, some kindness for yourself, and a comfortable place to sit.

Here are three basic meditations to explore:

1. Focus on taking a full breath. Breathing may seem like the most natural thing we can do. But many of us may not realize we aren’t always taking the time for a full, deep breath—opening our diaphragm and pushing our belly in and out. Doing so triggers our relaxation response, and places our mind at ease. Follow this introduction to encourage deep belly breathing, check in with your breath, and calm your mind and body.

2. Check in with your body. Body scan practices allow us to experience and simply be with both pleasant and unpleasant situations, without trying to change or fix anything. Doing so helps us be more in tune with what we’re experiencing in the present moment—and has the potential to change our relationship with our body altogether. Try this 30-minute guided body scan to tune into your body from head to toe.

3. Extend loving-kindness to yourself and others. When we practice loving-kindness, we create space in our lives to be vulnerable while also being resilient. When we send loving-kindness to other people in our lives, even those we don’t always get along with, we build our capacity for compassion. Explore this beginner’s loving-kindness practice to open your heart and mind to a greater sense of connectedness and well-being.
